Process

Upon Arrival in Malaysia

  • With the approval letter, you can arrive in Malaysia and prepare for the remaining documents in six months.
  • Failure fulfilling all the requirements will result in cancellation of the social visa pass that has been approved earlier, and the applicants will need to reapply their application with the Immigration Department.
  • You will need to deposit a RM1 million into the Fixed Deposit Account in any banks operating in Malaysia, you will need to deposit an extra RM50,000 for each dependent.
  • You must also purchase a Medical Insurance for you and your dependents.
  • Dependents who wish to study in Malaysia is required to apply for a student pass.
  • You may need to undergo an interview by the Immigration Department!

    Passport Include the biodata page together with the latest entry or exit endorsement. Include your previous passport if you have renewed your passport in your pass 12 months. If your passport will be expired in 2 years, kindly renew first before uploading Applicants & All Dependents

    Letter of Good Conduct (LOGC) Obtain this LOGC from your nearest police station from your origin country. Applicant
    Medical Report (MF1 form) This form is provided in the website. You may find your nearest clinic or private hospital and arrange for a medical appointment. Applicant
    Medical Report (MF1 form) You will need to provide their birth certificates if you are accompanied by children, adopted or stepchildren, or your parents. Applicants with children approaching the age of 21 must submit their applications at least 6 months before to their children's 21st birthday. If you are travelling with impaired children above the age of 21, you should obtain a Letter of Confirmation from a medical specialist or general practitioner. As the principal applicant, you must provide a Statutory Declaration to bear all expenses and financial requirements during the stay in Malaysia for dependants. Dependents

    Latest 3 months Payslips
    A proven copy of payslip within 3 months. If your monthly income is less than RM40,000, you can submit your spouse's income to support your application. However, the applicant's income must exceed the spouse's income at a ratio of 7: 3. Income must be backed by a bank statement to show where the income was credited. No other source of income is allowed if the applicant is employed
